Assignments:
1. Create a written communication policy for your company.
2. Schedule diversity, inclusion, and gender relationsh training for your company.
3. Set expectations for each position inside of your company and create the scale up plan.
4. Set your budget for rewards and come up with your yearly gameplan.
5. Practice addressing underperformance this week. Find a small underperforamance of a team member and have a healthy conversation about it.
6. How will you create a fun culture for your team?
7. Review how you show up as a leader? Ask the hard questions. Would you be excited to work for your company? How can you do better to keep great people?
